Thanks to Solid Online Connector , placement information from the front office OTYS now flows automatically into their financial system Exact Online, so the data is the same in both systems, without having to enter and track data twice.

Clients, contacts and candidates are created by Blue Beaver in OTYS. This data is needed to create a placement in OTYS. Once the placement is created, the information from this placement is transferred to Exact Online via Connector . The linked client, contact person, candidate and the agreed rates will also be transferred to Exact Online via Connector . If the transfer has been successful, the unique ID of the placement in Exact Online will be entered into the placement in OTYS.

In addition to adding the unique ID of the placement in OTYS , the unique IDs of the client and candidate in OTYS are also transferred to Exact Online. This way the data can be easily found in both systems.

Blue Beaver has chosen to let OTYS be the leading system. This means that changes within existing placements, clients, contacts and candidates are made in OTYS. The Connector ensures that these changes are visible in Exact Online within about one minute.

Finally, we have set up a template for Blue Beaver that automatically creates invoices for freelancers. Blue Beaver sends invoices on behalf of freelancers, for which they only have to fill in minimal details, such as the hours worked. All other necessary details are automatically filled in based on the project number, such as the details of the freelancer and the client.

Thus Blue Beaver saves time and this ensures that their staff can be paid easily and quickly!

This time it is a link with the temporary employment agency Timing. Timing has Mysolution as its back office and is now linked via the Connector to Workday, the back office of Kramp.

Brainbridge Workforce Solutions takes step in digital transformation with Data Migration to Bullhorn

Brainbridge Workforce Solutions, one of the market leaders in providing innovative Workforce & IT solutions, has moved to a new ATS, Bullhorn. Together with HRLinkIT, Solid Online realized the transition. HRlinkIT provided the proper setup of the Bullhorn environment and Solid Online ensured a smooth data migration from the old ATS to Bullhorn.

For the move to Bullhorn , tens of thousands of records had to be migrated. To ensure that the data migration went perfectly, we started with an extensive preliminary process in which the wishes of Brainbridge were mapped out. Based on that, a CSV export was prepared and a test migration was done, after which the data were put into Bullhorn via the API. By now Brainbridge has been working successfully for several weeks in Bullhorn, where all data can be found in the right place.

How does the link

Acture has its own self-developed software system, Klout7. The Solid Online Connector runs between Klout7 and AFAS. When Logistic Force receives a sick report, they register it in AFAS. The Connector retrieves the sick call and translates it into the format Klout7 needs to process the sick call. Once the temporary worker is better again, recovery notifications from Klout7 follow by email. Acture takes care of the complete handling of the absenteeism process for Logistic Force. The recovery notifications arrive by e-mail the Connector and are processed automatically. At the same time, the absence report is closed in AFAS . The Connector works as a "black-box", meaning that the employees of Logistic Force do not see the data flow via the Connector , the necessary data are automatically put in the right place in both systems.

How it works

The Connector receives or retrieves the data from your ATS. Thanks to the mapping module, Solid Online facilitates customer requirements per data field. The translation is then made to the format of HelloFlex. The transformed message is delivered in HelloFlex and any functional feedback and technical errors are presented in your ATS or by e-mail. Also if the integration is successful this can be shown in the source system. In addition, data enriched in Helloflex can be returned to the ATS, or exchanged with scheduling software or a financial package.

Secondment organization Be IT moves to Bullhorn with data migration by Solid Online

Be IT is a staffing organization for motivated, talented Azure and Microsoft 365 professionals. Recently, Be IT switched to Bullhorn as their recruitment system. Solid Online took care of the data migration from the old ATS package to Bullhorn. Be IT chose the API option. Solid Online offers 3 different options for delivering the data to be migrated, and with the API option Solid Online retrieves the data directly from the API. After a short preparation, the migration went very smoothly and Be IT could quickly continue working in Bullhorn, where the data of candidates, clients and contacts can now be found in the right place.

"During the first substantive consultation with Frank Konijnenbelt and Rick Ruijter of Be IT , we jointly came to the conclusion that the export files that could be generated in the then current ATS package were not sufficient for the data migration towards Bullhorn. The files did not contain all the information needed for the migration to Bullhorn. It was then decided to retrieve the data from the old system via the API.
