Most companies use several software packages. As a front office, for example, an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for the recruitment process, a scheduler and a timekeeping package. In addition, a back office for payroll and usually a financial system.
However, each software package has its own format, so the systems are usually not compatible. Then data from one system to another has to be manually typed or transferred with Excel. How does the Connector work?
Flexible coupling platform
The Connector forms an intermediate layer and allows software packages to read and write with each other. Your information flows seamlessly to hirers, suppliers and your internal applications and, if desired, back. The communication between the systems is set up and the translation is set up for you in our Mapping module. This ensures that data is immediately correctly passed on for further processing.
Solid Online takes care of the maintenance on the link. So if something changes within a software package, the link will automatically stay up to date. Your link is now scalable and future-proof.

All very important laws and regulations information that may not be automatically populated in most back office systems.
The Connector creates a draft placement in the back office, filled with some basic placement data. This provides an overview of new starters. The placement is ready to be manually completed and validated so the candidate can start writing their hours.
