De Pooter has chosen the Solid Online Connector with a link from Carerix to Helloflex for the following topics:
- Clients, departments and contacts
- Candidates
- Contracts
- Documents
- Notes
The old coupling from De Pooter needed replacement. Solid Online took over the specifications of the old link and extended them with new requirements. Important additions are the transfer of relevant candidate and contract documents to HelloFlex and the creation of notes/tasks on the contract. In addition, Solid Online's link supports the exchange of departments within clients. When the client's information is captured in Carerix it is transferred to HelloFlex. There the relevant departments are added, which become available through the link in Carerix. Using the handy filter option in Carerix , the user in Carerix easily selects the correct department for the placement. When this placement is transferred to HelloFlex the contract is immediately linked to the correct department!
