Flexcraft employment agency chose the Connector with a link between OTYS and Easyflex. Flexcraft needed an optimization of the recruitment process, with fewer manual actions. Solid Online therefore realized for Flexcraft a two-way link between ATS (Applicant Tracking System) OTYS and back office system Easyflex. Candidates, clients & contacts, placements and documents are exchanged between both systems.
Because these systems are linked, all relevant data now flows automatically to the desired system. The employees of Flexcraft no longer have to worry about this. The data are always up-to-date in each system, without errors and without lagging behind on entries or changes. Flexcraft has in this way the advantage of the specialized features of each package, while for their employees it is like working with only one system. This saves an enormous amount of time and increases the ease of work! By establishing an automated link, the process is set up efficiently and effectively.
