Solid Online handled the data migration of clients, contacts, candidates, placements, historical work experience and notes from the existing staffing software to Bullhorn. All information required in the recruitment process is available in Bullhorn.

Besides the data migration, Solid Online realized the link between Bullhorn and HelloFlex. Data of candidates, clients, contact persons and placements are automatically exchanged between both applications at the desired moment. The necessary information about the contract, candidate, client and contact person is transferred to HelloFlex so that payroll can take place in the back-office software.

Thanks to the close contact with and the expertise of the responsible employees (Melvin Wernert and Ivan Versteeg) at TOPS personeel , both the data migration and the link were realized within a few weeks. Less than three weeks after the kick-off session on December 9, the information of existing candidates, clients and contacts was visible in Bullhorn. Historical work experiences, notes and placements followed a week later. Just after the New Year, on Monday, January 4, 2021, the first data was transferred via the link from Bullhorn to HelloFlex.
