Onze HRM Medewerker Isabelle speelt voetbal bij RCD Espanyol in Barcelona. Dit combineert ze met haar werk bij Solid. Ze is verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve zaken rondom HRM zoals het opstellen van contracten, het beheren van de personeelsdossiers en de administratieve onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers. Haar ervaring op het voetbalveld, waar samenwerking en vastberadenheid essentieel zijn, neemt ze mee naar haar werk bij Solid en vertaalt ze naar de praktijk van gezamenlijke doelen behalen. Wij zijn blij dat Isabelle onderdeel van het Solid-team is!

Onze Financieel Adviseur Mandy van Dijk bevindt zich in de laatste fase van haar opleiding tot Registeraccountant—de allerlaatste vlieguren voordat ze deze prestigieuze titel officieel mag dragen. Dat is een ongelooflijke prestatie, zeker voor iemand zo jong als Mandy! Ze behaalde haar Bachelor aan de Haagse Hogeschool en haar Post-Master en Master in Accountancy aan Nyenrode Business Universiteit. Met 10 jaar werkervaring bij een accountantskantoor brengt Mandy een schat aan kennis mee naar Solid Online. Naast haar professionele expertise heeft Mandy een passie voor sport, waaronder fitness, boksen, hardlopen en fietsen. In haar vrije tijd geniet ze van het samenzijn met familie en vrienden, vaak onder het genot van een goed glas wijn.

Junior Consultant Bob Zwetsloot is a mathematics talent with impressive achievements, including winning a bronze medal at the International Mathematics Olympiad in Thailand. After studying Mathematics at Leiden University, he worked as a Quantitative Researcher at a trading company. Here he optimized trading strategies through mathematical analysis and worked closely with traders and developers. In his spare time, Bob enjoys all kinds of puzzles, from Sudokus to online Puzzle Hunts, where you must first discover what the puzzle is and then figure out how to solve it.
Pieter-Bas Piscaer

This experienced force within IT gets energy from successful implementations. With his social attitude and problem-solving skills, he is committed to our clients. Pieter-Bas likes to see that after an implementation things run more efficiently and there is time left for employees. In his spare time he often works in and around the house and likes to play golf. He also likes to take walks with his family and dog.

Our Consultant Ilyich loves efficiency and is always looking for how things can be made simpler and more insightful. For example, he once used Excel to figure out the underlying logic of the SIMS game so he could play his best game himself. Previously, Iljitsj worked as a trainer-coach at a telecom company where he created dashboards in Power BI that provided insight into the progress of employees within their training programs. He likes the fact that Solid Online offers solutions to issues that he previously encountered himself. For example, preventing the manual entry of hours from timesheets. He spends his free time on his other interests: reading history books, playing soccer on a friends team and playing tennis.
Nandakumar Ranganathan
Director of Solid Solutions International, India
Nandu has been the Director of Solid Online Pvt. Ltd. in India since 2003. His background as a trainer says a lot about the way he leads the Indian office. He is always friendly but clear and values the team spirit among the employees. He maintains an overview of all the different departments within the company and is an important link with Solid Online's Dutch office. Nandu is very strong communicator. Under his leadership, the Indian employees learn to bridge language and cultural differences for good communication with the Dutch office and Solid Online's clients. Together with Roos Schabracq, he developed Solid Online's work processes.

This experienced rock is very structured in his work. He is a dedicated team leader who comes up with resourceful and creative solutions within our projects. Govind is a hard worker but also a real family man who reads a lot and loves gardening.

Rams heads the Flex team and is responsible for the realization of the Connector and the Transformer products. With pride for the product, he does everything in his power to make it a success. This all-rounder has been with Solid for many years and has become "part of the furniture," so to speak. A born leader, he is invaluable both within Solid's Indian corporate culture, but also as a link with Solid's Dutch team and customers. He is conceptually strong with both technical and functional business knowledge. Rams is the mouthpiece for his team and is not averse to a robust discussion. Because of his honesty and sense of responsibility, Rams always keeps his word.
Abdul Rahuman Ragumathulla

Abdul has been with Solid Online for over 13 years. His broad experience within IT ranges from Programmer and Consultant to Technical Architect to Senior Project Manager. Abdul is smart, patient and very good at mentoring young employees. He is always there for his team. Abdul knows the Solid system in detail, he has seen many modules pass by in his career. Therefore, if a problem arises, one word is enough for him to understand what is going on. He then uses his creativity to get to the solution and will not stop until it is solved. None of this stops him from remaining open to learning new things, Abdul continues to challenge himself.

Our Assistant Manager Finance Padma has been with Solid Online India for many years. Eager to learn and tenacious, she has risen within Solid from data entry clerk to finance professional. Padma is an independent and strong woman with nevertheless a very modest attitude. With her reliability and positivity Padma fulfills an important role within the Solid team.
Lavinia Poku

Our project manager Lavinia likes to set clear goals and work hard to achieve them, whether it's completing projects at Solid or leading her soccer team to success. Indeed, she is a former top athlete with a soccer career that started on the streets and eventually took her through amateur clubs to Telstar in the premier league. She then played abroad in Belgium and Spain until she decided to quit soccer and go into business. She held various managerial roles. That grew into a trainer coach position within the learning & development team of a large telecom company. And now to project manager at Solid. The qualities she developed as an athlete, such as discipline, time management and a winner's mentality, she also applies in her work. Lavinia is a self-proclaimed workaholic, but finds her balance in knitting scarves and social activities such as karaoke with friends.
Olga Milovanova

Our Consultant Olga is an Econometrics student. Her work at Solid will eventually include the internship as part of her studies. From her studies she is learning to analyze data through models. This fits well with our activities and products; connecting and integrating data and optimizing processes. Olga is a real go-getter, during her high school years she combined her Gymnasium with Karate at a high level. She was part of the Dutch selection and participated in competitions. A spicy combination, which, besides talent, also requires great commitment and time. Olga enjoys working with people the most. As a consultant you are in contact with the customer and user of the software, and if there is a (support) question, there is always a puzzle to be solved. In this job, working with data in service of the user and contact with people come together nicely. At Solid, Olga hopes to gain new insights and apply her knowledge. After several years of studying and working mainly theoretically, she is ready to start working practically.
Kim Dolstra

Kim knows how to get things done. She has been with Solid for many years and has successfully completed many projects with her no-nonsense approach! Because of her experience within Solid projects, she is the perfect person to ensure that the various customer requirements are correctly interpreted and addressed at an early stage. She works from Norway, where she lives because of her soccer career. In fact, in addition to her work at Solid Online, Kim plays as a pro at Medkila in Harstad. She has an adventurous spirit and in her free time often goes into nature. In Norway that means lots of snow and vast, tranquil landscapes where she likes to hike or even camp! Kim is an unflappable go-getter with a sense of humor and and that makes her a highly valued member of the Solid team!

Meryem Bouaziz

Meryem is our Content & Communication intern. From her study Creative Business at the HvA, she has set 5 learning objectives for her internship: Content creation and management, SEO optimization and making company videos and photography. We are delighted that she is putting these goals into practice at Solid! Meryem already has experience with content creation. For example, she created a digital campaign for the Holocaust Names Monument in Amsterdam and made a video documentary about gentrification in Amsterdam Noord. In her free time, Meryem enjoys reading Fantasy books and listening to music. But on weekends, Formula 1 is on; her favorite driver is Fernando Alonso.
Kees-Jan Koster

Our consultant Kees-Jan works from England. He is one of the Data Migration specialists within Solid Online. Kees-Jan studied medicine, but continued in IT. His studies taught him problem-solving thinking, one of the things Kees-Jan likes best about working in IT. He is a self-taught developer and sees it as a challenge to replace time-consuming manual work with automated processes. In his free time, he enjoys working on his home as a do-it-yourselfer. He is also interested in airplanes. He enjoys making model airplanes as detailed as possible. In addition, he can occasionally be found in the hills in Wales photographing fighter jets doing low-flying exercises.
Hortense Verhoeven

Junior Consultant Hortense is a student in addition to her work at Solid. She is doing a Master Human Movement science at the VU in Amsterdam. The subject of her study is running patterns in women's soccer matches. To collect data from practice, she did an internship at Ajax for a year. The goal of her thesis is to help players and coaches train more match-specific. For her studies, she is involved in data analysis and has also programmed. At Solid she is learning to look critically and accurately at data and what the processes around it are. So a great combination! Hortense does gymnastics at a high level, sport is her passion. She also loves board games and likes to participate in a pub quiz!
Pia Rijsdijk

Pia is not only a Consultant at Solid Online, but she is above all a soccer star. She plays as a striker with the Women's 1 of Feyenoord Rotterdam. As a striker Pia is always on standby, both in her soccer team and in the Solid team. With her enthusiasm and commitment she takes care of Solid's clients. She is a reliable go-getter with a service-oriented approach. She provides clear explanations, allowing our customers to move on. Pia scores not only on the soccer field, but also at Solid!

Thijmen, our stylish Consultant has an eye for detail. He tackles his work analytically, always remaining friendly and attentive. With his expertise, he helps our clients, who know him as a reliable force. Among his colleagues, Thijmen is known for his collegiality and sincerity. He is not averse to hard work, but also provides the necessary relaxation. He can often be found at festivals, but he also enjoys cooking with ingredients from his own garden!
Martine Verhave

Martine, one of Solid's secret weapons. She is super-smart in technical creative solutions and stands firm in her shoes. She studied Econometrics and Management Science with a specialization in Operations Research and Quantitative Logistics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Because of her academic knowledge and her experience within IT, she brings a lot of expertise. She is very dedicated, a real rock and she always thinks in terms of possibilities. A wonderwoman who does in fifteen minutes what it takes others a week. On top of this she is also a super good photographer who shoots beautiful pictures!
Richard Baas

This driven topper is unstoppable! As one of the founders of the Transformer products, Richard connects systems, but he also connects with his customers and relations. He is an honest and loyal go-getter, a fine colleague to work with. His education and years of experience within IT and broadcast software have made him an expert in the industry. Innovation gives him energy, he is curious and always looking for creative solutions. In doing so, he keeps an eye on the people for whom the software is ultimately made.
Pieter Hoekstra
Chief Executive Officer
Solid Online was founded in 1993 by Pieter. Since childhood he was already involved with computers. At age 17 he started automating his own school, the Luzac college, including all 30 branches. This creative entrepreneur continues where others stop. With his ingenuity and boundless energy he built Solid Online further. With Pieter the glass is always half full and he sees solutions where others do not. He is commercially sharp and has the power of persuasion to add value. With his customer-oriented attitude and warm personality he goes out of his way to fulfill agreements made. Within the company he creates a family feeling with both the Dutch and Indian team. This energetic jack-of-all-trades can often be found on the sidelines in his spare time, enjoying a soccer match of one of his talented children.
Rose Schabracq
Chief Operating Officer
Rose started at Solid Online 20 years ago as an ambitious employee and worked her way up to Chief Operating Officer. This professional woman within IT has a continuous eye for organizational improvement and was the driving force in the shift from customization to standard products within Solid Online. Her conceptual boldness is one of her many talents. Rose is blessed with helicopter view but also has an eye for detail. Her knowledge and interests range from technical to psychological to creative. She organizes, optimizes and inspires. One of her focal points is that her colleagues use their talents and enjoy doing so. With her bubbly personality, perseverance and infectious energy, she takes the lead in this herself.
Jaco Hogewoning

Our Consultant Jaco is a real go-getter. Within projects he keeps puzzling and making adjustments until it works. With his humor, he knows how to handle stressful situations in a creative way and brings fun to the workplace. This open-minded colleague is also very sporty in his free time. He regularly comes to the office by motorcycle and enjoys playing soccer and snowboarding.
Bert Kamphuis

Our IT Architect Bert Kamphuis joined Solid Online after working for years for one of our largest clients. There he formed a scrum team for 2 years with Richard Baas and some other colleagues from Solid Online Netherlands and India, developing the "Flexible E-Chain". This was the forerunner of the Solid Online Connector and Transformer. He studied Business IT & Management and did a master class in Enterprise Architecture. Bert started his career as an information analyst and developed into the more overarching position of IT architect. He enjoys elaborating visions and ideas into concepts and plans and then directing their realization. He likes to spend his free time on social activities with friends, family and his girlfriend. His hobbies are soccer, barbecuing, music and collecting vinyl.
