Prior to the realization of the Connector connection, Solid Online took care of the data migration from the two old software packages to Bullhorn Loyal Interim Through a Weekend Migration, where in the following week some fields were updated at the request of the client, all data was quickly available in Bullhorn and Loyal Interim could continue working in the new package, where all data could be found in the right place.

The Connector link between Bullhorn and AFAS ensures the exchange of candidate data and placement information. The link is a so-called two-way link. This means that if there is a change in a candidate or placement in Bullhorn, this change is automatically also visible in AFAS , but also vice versa. The Connector ensures that in both systems the data is always up to date and so all employees at Loyal Interim know that they are working with the most recent data.

Charlie works is a European staffing agency with a strong team spirit. They help their clients find additional labor capacity and suggest improvements. To continue to meet the demand of their clients, Charlie works switched at the beginning of this year to Mysolution. Solid Online has implemented an Hours Transformer application for Charlie works for the hours processing process.

For a group of 25 hirers of Charlie works , this is now a completely automated process. First time right without any user intervention. Realized hours from Transformer go directly into the payroll and billing engine of Mysolution.

As a basis, the Solid Online Hours Transformer reads in the required data of customers, candidates and placements from Mysolution . On the other hand, hirers send various hours and claims file formats.

In the Transformer , the hours are then grouped, checked and enriched with the required Mysolution information. Once the hours have gone through the workflow, the Transformer for Mysolution creates the required SETU timecard.

During the project, the consultants translated the business requirements into the one-off setup. Complex unraveling was also applied such as converting clock times and applying the correct collective bargaining agreement rules.

Because Transformer automatically processes the customers' time files and sends them to Mysolution, Charlie works no longer has to manually book or process the hours for these customers. This acceleration in the hour processing brings Charlie works thus directly also an acceleration in the payroll, an improvement for both Charlie works, its customers and their temporary workers!

Even after this project, Solid Online and Charlie works will continue to make continuous improvements together. In the next phase we will look at further optimizations, not only for time processing but also for self-billing processes.

Trend People benefits from extended functionalities thanks to link between Carerix and Easyflex!

Trend People made the move to Carerix front office software last year. The condition was that the new front office could be linked to their existing back office Easyflex. The Solid Online Connector was the right solution for this. Solid Online has a partnership with both Carerix and Easyflex through which Trend People could be directly connected to the Connector for the link between Carerix and Easyflex.

We spoke to Anette Huisman and Sandra Langelaar, both regional managers at Trend People, and asked them how they experienced the innovation. Sandra: "Previously we only worked with one system, Easyflex. We used this system as back office and front office. But we needed more front office functionality and so we ended up with Carerix." Anette: "For us it was very important that we could keep Easyflex as our back office for, among other things, creating contracts and paying the flex workers. Because we were used to doing everything in one system, it was essential that all data would go to Easyflex without fuss, so we wouldn't have to retype."

The Solid Online Connector ensures fast and error-free data transfer between the two systems so that the data in each package is current at all times. Trend People employees do not notice anything about the intermediate Connector. Anette: "From Carerix our employees prepare the data and with a push of a button they are forwarded to Easyflex. Very occasionally, for example, a placement does not come through properly, but in that case we are always immediately helped well by Solid Online Online's support department."

What exactly does the link do?
Data of candidates, clients and contact persons are entered by Trend in Carerix. When a placement is realized, this data is automatically transferred via Connector to Easyflex. The placement is also created via this integration in Easyflex, where the payroll data and pay period data of a flex worker are immediately added. Information on the status of the data transfer is fed back to the user in Carerix, allowing the employee to see at a glance whether the data has been successfully transferred to Easyflex, when the data was last synchronized or what action is still required to successfully transfer the data to the back office. Data that is later modified or enriched in Carerix is automatically updated within minutes in Easyflex.

When a placement is realized in the recruitment system, an email is sent out to the back office staff at Kennisjobs with the contract information recorded in Carerix, with a request to create a contract for this placement in BrightStaffing. Contract information that becomes available at a later time is completed in BrightStaffing. Kennisjobs has chosen to have changes to candidate, client and contact data largely done by the front office. Only data relevant to payroll and invoicing are maintained in the back office. Relevant changes are automatically synchronized to the other system via Connector , all within minutes. The data in the front and back office of Kennisjobs thus remain the same.

SD Worx: quickly and accurately place and pay candidates with the Connector

SD Worx staffing & recruitment uses Easyflex as its back office, and has recently started using Carerix as its front office. It is essential for SD Worx that the data in both systems are the same. Solid Online , together with Carerix and HRLinkIT, took care of the data migration from Easyflex to Carerix, so that the data of clients, contacts and candidates are up-to-date in both systems. In addition, SD Worx uses the Solid Online Connector for the link between Carerix and Easyflex.

Built-in credit check of companies

Between Carerix and Easyflex there is a credit check where the customer is assessed, where from Carerix the credit check is requested and sent through the Connector to Easyflex . The result of the credit check is entered into Easyflex , and becomes available from there back to Carerix. Now SD Worx knows exactly how much they can spend or how many people can be placed with a client.

Data exchange between Carerix and Easyflex

Customers, contact persons, candidates and placements are entered and maintained by SD Worx in Carerix . All data required for error-free payroll and invoicing, such as application, client, candidate and contact person, are transferred via Connector from Carerix to Easyflex. Changes are made in Carerix, and synchronized from there to Easyflex. If relevant new info arises in Easyflex , for example if a placement ends, this information flows back to Carerix.

With all data complete and continuously up to date, SD Worx is ready to quickly and accurately place and pay candidates.
