De Pooter 's old coupling was in need of replacement. Solid Online took over the specifications of the old coupling and expanded them with new requirements. Important additions are the transfer of relevant candidate and contract documents to HelloFlex and the creation of notes/tasks on the contract. In addition, the Solid Online Online coupling supports the exchange of departments within clients. When the information of the client is captured in Carerix , it is transferred to HelloFlex. There the relevant departments are added, which become available in Carerix via the link. Partnership: Graydon services in your own system with the Connector!

Graydon and Solid Online have entered into a partnership! From now on you can benefit from Graydon services, integrated into your own system! The Connector now makes it possible, from within your own system, to automatically enrich customer data with data from the Graydon database. In addition, it is possible to request a credit report at the touch of a button, which is directly stored in the customer file.

So it is no longer necessary to log in to Graydon for this, you make the request to Graydon directly from your own system. The Solid Online Connector then executes this request. The data is retrieved from Graydon and compared with the data from your system. Then the customer card is updated to your own requirements. For each field you can pre-set whether it may be overwritten. Old values of the fields can also be stored in notes. All fields are also sent to your system in an xls sheet.

Data is retrieved and completed to support prospect-to-cash processes. This includes data on prospects, clients and contacts. Included additions include risk indicators (credit limit, payment score, probability of bankruptcy and dissolution), company profile and concern relationships, contact details and signing authority.

Solid Online handled the data migration of clients and contacts from Carerix to HelloFlex . The performed test migration enabled Haldu Groep to timely correct the information in Carerix where needed, for example when the entered visit or billing address of the client was not filled correctly. As a result, the production migration went smoothly. 

To reduce the administrative burden and avoid errors in manually retyping data between Carerix and HelloFlex , Haldu Groep chose the Connector with a link between Carerix and HelloFlex for candidate, client and contact information.

The Solid Online Connector provides a nice interaction between the data in Carerix and Helloflex. Relevant candidates, clients and contact persons in Carerix are created in HelloFlex via the link. These are then also visible in FlexService. After changes leading in HelloFlex , the information in Carerix is updated. A number of useful features increase the ease of use. The date and time of the last synchronization is displayed in Carerix , so that users are always aware of the latest state of affairs. Any error messages are immediately visible in Carerix, so users can immediately follow up and correct them. The status of the candidate, client and contact person is also synchronized between the two systems. Does the candidate leave employment in HelloFlex? Then the status is also updated in Carerix , so that it is known whether this candidate can be included in the recruitment process. 

The Connector link for Haldu Groep is completely set up according to the wishes of this employment agency and tailored to what suits their business process. Efficient and effective!

How does automatic job creation work?

With the Solid Online Connector , agencies, contacts and functions are sent from Carerix to the Transformer. Mails from the agencies are automatically forwarded to the Transformer by Splendit . Since the clients are now known here, we can recognize them by the email address of the original sender. Then the function from the subject is checked against a translation table. The translation table contains the functions from Carerix with possible customer names. When all information is known in the Transformer then the job is automatically created in Carerix. If information is missing, Splendit can complete this in Carerix, or create an additional translation table entry in the Transformer, after which this customer or function will also be automatically processed as a job order.
