How does it work?
With Solid Online Self-billing you generate your own purchase invoices on behalf of ZZP'ers
The master data of the ZZP'ers and clients are imported into the Invoices Transformer from the back office. A creditor is created in the financial system for the ZZP'ers. Already existing creditors are updated. Relevant data is imported, such as invoice type, invoice frequency and funding percentage. ZZP'ers can choose self-billing or receive a pro forma invoice containing all necessary information for invoicing to your company.
After the hours import, the desired invoices are generated and sent. The purchase invoice for the freelancer, if applicable the commission invoice for the intermediary or the on-lending invoice. Finally, the invoices are forwarded to the relevant other applications, such as your archive system, and the entry is made in your financial administration.
Self-billing variants
Solid Online supports the following four Self-billing variants
Independent contractor
A Self-billing purchase invoice for the ZZP worker is generated based on his or her declared and approved hours and claims
Provisional party
A Self-billing purchase invoice for the freelancer is generated based on his or her declared and approved hours and claims. In addition, a commission invoice is generated for the commission party's brokerage fees
Provision with purchasing
A commission invoice including purchase is generated for the commission party based on the hours and claims declared and approved by the ZZP'er. This commission invoice contains the ZZP'er's salary and the commission for the commission party. This party takes care of the invoicing to the freelancer.
Lending organization
A on-lending invoice is generated for the on-lending organization based on the hours and claims declared and approved by the flex worker. The on-lending invoice contains the flexworker's salary and the commission for the on-lending organization. The organization itself takes care of the invoicing to the flexworker.
