Als Integratie Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van integratievraagstukken en het maken van de vertaalslag hiervan naar functionele en technische oplossingen en de implementatie in de Solid Online software. Solid Online is een dynamische en internationaal georiënteerde scale-up met een eigen innovatief SAAS platform. Wij hebben een kantoor in Hoofddorp en een in Chennai, India. The function
Solid Online is gespecialiseerd in het koppelen van verschillende software systemen waaronder recruitment- financiële- tijdregistratie- en planningssystemen. De technologische ontwikkeling gaat snel, hierdoor zijn ontwikkelaars van recruitment software zich gaan specialiseren in het leveren van oplossingen voor een klein stukje van het staffing-proces. Dat betekent dat uitzend- en detacheringsbureaus steeds meer verschillende softwarepakketten met elkaar combineren. Het gevolg voor recruiters: meer administratief werk zoals overtypen van informatie van het ene naar het andere systeem. Dat kost veel tijd, het zorgt voor een grotere kans op fouten en minder werkplezier. Solid Online lost dit op.
Als Integratie Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van integratievraagstukken en het maken van de vertaalslag hiervan naar functionele en technische oplossingen en de implementatie in de Solid Online software. Je zorgt ervoor dat de koppeling tussen de verschillende systemen gemaakt wordt. Je hoeft geen IT programmeur te zijn om dat te kunnen. Het gaat er vooral om dat je het proces van de klant goed begrijpt.

- Research, analyze and describe solution direction(s) for new integration issues
- Translate customer needs into appropriate solution(s) within Solid Online's software
- Communication and coordination with customers, partners, colleagues (in the Netherlands and India) and other stakeholders about expectations, preconditions, responsibilities and schedules
- Independently gather, specify, analyze and describe business, process and IT requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational standards and the operational, implementation and software development process
In addition, you have:
- HBO+ working and thinking level
- Good organizational skills
- Experience with agile software development and IT integration projects
- Knowledge of APIs, Web services SOAP/REST, XML and JSON
- Scrum Agile knowledge and experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the staffing industry is a plus
- Full-time or part-time employment
