As Integration Consultant you are responsible for analyzing integration issues and translating these into functional and technical solutions and implementation in the Solid Online software. Solid Online is a dynamic and internationally oriented scale-up with its own innovative SAAS platform. We have an office in Hoofddorp and one in Chennai, India. The function
Solid Online specializes in connecting various software systems including recruitment, financial, time registration and planning systems. As technology is developing rapidly, recruitment software developers have started to specialize in providing solutions for a small part of the staffing process. This means that staffing and secondment agencies are increasingly combining different software packages. The consequence for recruiters: more administrative work such as retyping information from one system to another. This costs a lot of time, increases the risk of errors and reduces the job satisfaction. Solid Online solves this.
As Integration Consultant you are responsible for analyzing integration issues and translating these into functional and technical solutions and implementation in the Solid Online software. You ensure that the link between the various systems is made. You do not have to be an IT programmer to do this. It is mainly about understanding the process of the customer.

- Research, analyze and describe solution direction(s) for new integration issues
- Translate customer needs into appropriate solution(s) within Solid Online's software
- Communication and coordination with customers, partners, colleagues (in the Netherlands and India) and other stakeholders about expectations, preconditions, responsibilities and schedules
- Independently gather, specify, analyze and describe business, process and IT requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational standards and the operational, implementation and software development process
You are a team player with an eye for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You are conceptual, problem solving, have an eye for detail and are analytically strong. In addition, you are customer-oriented and have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. You are also motivated to keep up to date with new developments and trends in the field of IT integrations.
In addition, you have:
- HBO+ working and thinking level
- Good organizational skills
- Experience with agile software development and IT integration projects
- Knowledge of APIs, Web services SOAP/REST, XML and JSON
- Knowledge of the staffing industry is a must
- Scrum Agile knowledge and experience is a plus
Solid Online 's office has an informal atmosphere where there is room to work the way you like. We have an office in Hoofddorp and one in Chennai, India. Through Teams there is a lot of contact with our Indian colleagues. Working partly from home is possible.
