Highlights of integration
Customer Agreement
The integration makes the client's available customer agreements from AFAS visible in Bullhorn. Within the placement in Bullhorn , the appropriate client agreement can be selected. This is included in the integration towards AFAS.
Employee Onboarding
For an existing candidate, you can indicate on the placement in Bullhorn whether an employee onboarding is desired. You choose this when the employee does not have a current contract in AFAS and their information is no longer current.
Sending data
Within the placement in Bullhorn , indicate in the "Link AFAS" field that all information is filled and the data may be sent to AFAS .
Creating workflows
For a new candidate, an employee, draft placement contract and application are created in AFAS . For an existing employee, a draft placement contract and optionally the job application are created.
AFAS InSite
The AFAS-employee number is put on the candidate card in Bullhorn . This allows the candidate to be looked up in AFAS. In AFAS InSite are the tasks for the application and the draft placement contract. These workflows can be completed.
End date of placement
Relevant data changed in AFAS , such as the end date of placement, are transferred to Bullhorn. This allows candidates to be reinstated quickly.
