- Keep the customer and functional process as focus point for our technical development

- Understand the high-level scope and analyze to fit the scope in the product
- Analyze the requirement document of the project and prepare High and low level design (user stories) by clarifying all the questions with the consultants in order to have a very clear Functional document which explains all the relevant points asked in the requirement document
- Prepare the data flow diagrams, functional flow charts and requirement specification documents for the developers and testers to follow
- Analyze the impact of the change requirements
- Evaluate and estimate the requirements
- Work closely with the development and QA team
- Participate in the sprint demos and review the software against the requirement in high level, if it meets the business objective
- Make sure all the requirements are documented, stored and easily traceable in Solid Online
- Take part in pre-sales activities to analyze the business requirements and provide solutions
- Provide training to the team members
- Create, setup and follow system design guidelines
- Implement the best practices in designing low-level software design, apply the template and standards followed already in the organization and introduce new ideas and standards
- Assist in onboarding new clients into the product, think together with the implementation team and provide solutions to fit the clients needs
Skills required
- Thorough software functional testing experience
- Attention to detail in requirement understanding
- Familiar in agile development methodology
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities together with an automation and monitoring mindset
- Ability to understand and satisfy the needs to the end user like developer or tester
- Quick learner
