Además de su trabajo en Solid, Hortense es estudiante. Está haciendo un máster en Ciencias del Movimiento Humano en la Universidad VU de Ámsterdam. El tema de su estudio son los patrones de carrera en los partidos de fútbol femenino. Para recopilar datos de la vida real, hizo unas prácticas de un año en el Ajax. El objetivo de su tesis es ayudar a jugadoras y entrenadores a entrenarse de forma más específica para cada partido. En sus estudios, se dedica al análisis de datos y también ha hecho programación. En Solid, está aprendiendo a mirar de forma crítica y precisa los datos y los procesos que los rodean. Una gran combinación. Hortense practica gimnasia a alto nivel, el deporte es su pasión. También le gustan los juegos de mesa y participar en concursos de preguntas y respuestas.

Nuestro consultor Kees-Jan trabaja desde Inglaterra. Es uno de los especialistas en migración de datos de Solid Online. Kees-Jan estudió medicina, pero se decantó por la informática. Sus estudios le enseñaron a resolver problemas, una de las cosas que más le gusta de trabajar en informática. Es desarrollador autodidacta y considera un reto sustituir el trabajo manual, que consume mucho tiempo, por procesos automatizados. En su tiempo libre, le gusta trabajar en su casa como aficionado al “hágalo tu mismo”. También le interesan los aviones. Le gusta hacer maquetas de aviones lo más detalladas posible. Además, de vez en cuando se le puede encontrar en las montañas de Gales fotografiando aviones de combate que realizan ejercicios de vuelo rasante.

Our consultant Kees-Jan works from England. He is one of the Data Migration specialists within Solid Online. Kees-Jan studied medicine, but continued his career in IT. His studies taught him to think problem-solving, one of the things Kees-Jan likes best about working in IT. He is a self-taught developer and sees it as a challenge to replace time-consuming manual work with automatic processes. In his spare time, he enjoys working on his house as a do-it-yourselfer. He is also interested in airplanes. He likes to make model airplanes as detailed as possible. Occasionally, he can be found in the hills in Wales photographing fighter jets doing low-flying exercises.

Onze consultant Kees-Jan werkt vanuit Engeland. Hij is een van de Datamigratie specialisten binnen Solid Online. Kees-Jan studeerde geneeskunde, maar ging verder in de IT. Zijn studie leerde hem probleemoplossend te denken, een van de dingen die Kees-Jan het mooist vindt aan werken in de IT. Hij is autodidact developer en ziet het als een uitdaging om tijdrovend handwerk te vervangen door automatische processen. In zijn vrije tijd werkt hij graag aan zijn huis als doe-het-zelver. Ook is hij geinteresseerd in vliegtuigen. Hij vindt het leuk om zo gedetailleerd mogelijk modelvliegtuigen te maken. Daarnaast is hij af en toe vinden in de heuvels in Wales om straaljagers te fotograferen die laagvlieg oefeningen doen.

Larissa is onze Junior medewerker bij Content & Communicatie. Ze is afgestudeerd in Creative Business aan de HvA. Nu is zij onderdeel van het team Content & Communicatie van Solid Online. Haar belangrijkste activiteiten zijn het ondersteunen bij onder andere nieuwsberichten, de website, de social media en bedrijfsvideo’s. Tijdens haar studie heeft Larissa praktische ervaring opgedaan met maatschappelijk betrokken projecten. Zo bedacht zij met een groep medeleerlingen een interactieve lesmethode die VMBO leerlingen hielp hun mentale gezondheid te verbeteren. Naast haar werk bij Solid en haar studie voetbalt Larissa ook nog, zowel in de zaal bij ZVV Den Haag, als op het veld bij Wartburgia Amsterdam! Haar gedrevenheid en veelzijdigheid zet ze niet alleen in op het veld, maar ook tijdens haar werk!

Larissa is our Content & Communication Junior. She graduated from Creative Business at the HvA and is now part of Solid Online’s Content & Communication team. Her main activities are the support with news releases, the website, social media and corporate videos, among other things. During her studies, Larissa gained practical experience with socially engaged projects. For instance, with a group of fellow students she devised an interactive teaching method that helped VMBO students improve their mental health. Besides her work at Solid and her studies, Larissa also plays football, both indoors at ZVV The Hague and on the field at Wartburgia Amsterdam. She uses her drive and versatility not only on the pitch, but also during her work!

Larissa es nuestra Junior de Contenido y Comunicación. Se graduó del programa Creative Business en la HvA. Ahora es parte del equipo de Contenidos y Comunicación de Solid Online. Sus principales actividades son el apoyo a los comunicados de prensa, la página web, las redes sociales y los vídeos corporativos, entre otras cosas. Durante sus estudios, Larissa adquirió experiencia práctica en proyectos de compromiso social. Por ejemplo, con un grupo de compañeros ideó un método de enseñanza interactivo que ayudó a los estudiantes de la VMBO a mejorar su salud mental. Además de su trabajo en Solid y sus estudios, Larissa también juega al fútbol, tanto en el interior del ZVV de La Haya como en el campo del Wartburgia de Ámsterdam. Su dinamismo y su versatilidad no sólo los utiliza en el campo, sino también en su trabajo.

Onze stagiair Ashvin studeert Information Security Management (HBO-ICT) aan de Haagse Hogeschool. Voor zijn stage bekijkt hij de veiligheidsmaatregelen van Solid Online en helpt hij deze aan te scherpen. Bij Solid brengt hij de theorie van zijn studie in praktijk en dat is leerzaam. Tijdens de meetings met collega’s toetst hij zijn bevindingen en krijgt hij nieuwe inzichten, die zowel Solid nog beter beveiligd maken, en hem weer een stapje verder brengen binnen zijn studie. Buiten werk voetbalt hij graag, tijdens de wedstrijden met zijn vriendenteam kan hij zijn energie kwijt en maakt hij zijn hoofd leeg.

Our intern Ashvin studies Information Security Management (HBO-ICT) at the Hague University of Applied Sciences. During his internship, he looks at Solid Online’s security measures and helps to tighten them up. At Solid he puts the theory of his studies into practice which is instructive. During the meetings with colleagues, he tests his findings and gains new insights, which both make Solid even more secure and take him a step further within his studies. Outside of work he likes to play football. During matches with his team of friends he can lose his energy and clear his head.

Our Head of Administration Hendrina was one of Solid’s first employees. After a “pause” of 14 years, she is now back. Her long career as an Assistant Accountant underlines her love for the profession: Hendrina likes to correct numbers and to smarten the systems she works with. Together with her colleague Padma from Solid Online India, Hendrina continues to optimize Solid’s accounting process. In her spare time, Hendrina likes to do puzzles and walks.

In addition to her work at Solid, Junior Consultant Hortense is also a student. She is doing a Masters in Human Movement Science at the VU in Amsterdam. Her study subject is gait patterns in women’s football matches. In order to collect data from practice, she did an internship at Ajax for a year. The goal of her thesis is to help players and coaches train more match-specifically. For her studies she is working on data analysis and she has also programmed. At Solid she learns to look critically and accurately at data and what the processes around it are. A nice combination! Hortense does gymnastics at a high level, sport is her passion. She also enjoys board games and likes to participate in a pub quiz!

Junior Consultant Hortense is naast haar werk bij Solid ook nog student. Zij doet een Master Human Movement science aan de VU in Amsterdam. Het onderwerp van haar studie is looppatronen in wedstrijden bij vrouwenvoetbal. Om data uit de praktijk te verzamelen liep ze een jaar stage bij Ajax. Het doel van haar scriptie is om spelers en coaches te helpen meer wedstrijdspecifiek te trainen. Voor haar studie is zij bezig met data analyse en heeft ze ook geprogrammeerd. Bij Solid leert zij om kritisch en nauwkeurig naar data te kijken en wat de processen daaromheen zijn. Een mooie combinatie dus! Hortense turnt op hoog niveau, sport is haar passie. Daarnaast houdt zij van bordspellen en doet ze graag mee aan een pubquiz!

Consultora Junior Olga es estudiante de Econometría. Su trabajo en Solid será eventualmente también las prácticas como parte de sus estudios. Durante sus estudios aprende a analizar datos mediante modelos. Esto encaja muy bien con nuestras actividades y productos: conectar e integrar datos y optimizar procesos. Olga es una auténtica buscavidas, durante sus años de instituto compaginó la gimnasia con el kárate a un alto nivel. Formó parte de la selección holandesa y participó en competiciones. Una dura combinación que, además de talento, requiere mucho esfuerzo y tiempo. A Olga lo que más le gusta es trabajar con la gente. Como consultora está en contacto con el cliente y usuario del software, y si hay una pregunta (de soporte), siempre hay un rompecabezas que hay que resolver. En este trabajo, el trabajo con datos al servicio del usuario y el contacto con la gente se combinan muy bien. Olga espera adquirir nuevas ideas en Solid y poder aplicar sus conocimientos. Después de haber estudiado durante varios años y haber trabajado sobre todo en la teoría, está preparada para empezar a trabajar en la práctica.

Junior Consultant Olga is an Econometrics student. Her work at Solid will eventually also be the internship as part of her studies. During her studies she learns to analyze data by means of models. This ties in well with our activities and products; connecting and integrating data and optimizing processes. Olga is a real go-getter, during her high school years she combined her Gymnasium with Karate at a high level. She was part of the Dutch selection and participated in competitions. A tough combination that, in addition to talent, also requires a great deal of effort and time. Olga likes working with people the most. As a consultant you are in contact with the customer and user of the software, and if there is a (support) question, there is always a puzzle that needs to be solved. In this job, working with data in the service of the user and contact with people come together nicely. Olga hopes to gain new insights at Solid and to be able to apply her knowledge. After studying for a number of years and mainly working theoretically, she is ready to get started in practice.

Junior Consultant Olga is Econometriestudent. Haar werk bij Solid zal uiteindelijk ook de stage zijn als onderdeel van haar studie. Vanuit haar studie leert ze om data te analyseren door middel van modellen. Dit sluit goed aan bij onze activiteiten en producten; het verbinden en integreren van data en het optimaliseren van processen. Olga is een echte doorzetter, tijdens haar middelbare schooltijd combineerde zij haar Gymnasium met Karate op hoog niveau. Ze was onderdeel van de Nederlandse selectie en deed mee aan wedstrijden. Een pittige combinatie, die, naast talent, ook een grote inzet en tijd vraagt. Olga vindt werken met mensen het leukst. Als consultant sta je in contact met de klant en gebruiker van de software, en als er een (support) vraag is, volgt er altijd een puzzel die opgelost moet worden. In deze baan komen het werken met data in dienst van de gebruiker en het contact met mensen mooi samen. Olga hoopt bij Solid nieuwe inzichten op te doen en haar kennis toe te kunnen passen. Na een aantal jaren studeren en voornamelijk theoretisch bezig te zijn, is zij er klaar voor om practisch aan de slag te gaan.

Sam decidió combinar sus estudios de Economía y Gestión e Ingeniería Industrial y crear su propia empresa a los 18 años. Sam utiliza todos estos conocimientos y estas competencias para reforzar el departamento de ventas de Solid. La demanda y el potencial que ve en el mercado de las soluciones Saas le motivan en su trabajo diario. En su tiempo libre, la navegación le proporciona la máxima sensación de libertad, pero también se le puede encontrar regularmente en la bicicleta de carreras o en la pista de tenis.
Kim Dolstra

Kim está totalmente comprometida. Lleva muchos años trabajando en Solid y, gracias a su enfoque sin rodeos, ha completado con éxito muchos proyectos. Gracias a su experiencia en proyectos de Solid, es la persona perfecta para garantizar que los distintos deseos de los clientes se interpreten correctamente y se aborden en una fase temprana. Trabaja desde Noruega, donde vive debido a su carrera futbolística. Además de su trabajo en Solid Online, Kim juega como profesional en el Medkila de Harstad. Es aventurera y suele ir de excursión a la naturaleza en su tiempo libre. En Noruega, eso significa mucha nieve y vastos y tranquilos paisajes donde le gusta caminar o incluso acampar. Kim es una persona inquieta y con sentido del humor, lo que la convierte en una fuerza muy valorada dentro del equipo de Solid.

Notre chef d’équipe Finance Padma travaille chez Solid Online India depuis de nombreuses années. Curieuse et tenace, elle est passée d’employée de saisie de données à professionnelle de la finance au sein de Solid. Padma est une femme indépendante et forte avec une attitude très modeste. Avec sa fiabilité et sa positivité, Padma remplit un rôle important au sein de l’équipe Solid.
Abdul Rahuman Ragumathulla

Abdul travaille pour Solid Online depuis plus de 13 ans. Sa vaste expérience au sein de l’IT va de Programmeur et Consultant à Architecte Technique en passant par Chef de Projet. Ce Gérant intelligent et patient sait très bien guider les jeunes employés et est toujours prêt pour son équipe. Il connaît le système Solid en détail, il a vu de nombreux modules dans sa carrière. Ainsi, en cas de problème, un mot suffit pour comprendre ce que se passe. Il utilise ensuite sa créativité pour trouver la solution et ne s’arrêtera pas tant ce ne sera pas résolu. Tout cela ne l’empêche pas d’être ouvert à l’apprentissage de nouvelles choses, Abdul continue de se challenger.

Murali est un grand manager qui travaille depuis longtemps avec Solid. Murali est la bonne personne pour résoudre des problèmes complexes. Il est non seulement passionné par son travail, mais aussi très organisé et précis. Un penseur et un acteur en même temps. Ce pouvoir expérimenté est aussi un fan de sport! Ses qualités de badminton sont connues de ses collègues Indiens et Néerlandais. Il suit également le football Néerlandais et est heureux d’en discuter avec ses collègues Néerlandais. Ce père de jumeaux est très sympathique et toujours serviable. Sa communication avec ses collègues et ses clients est très claire. Murali est même présent lors de présentations aux clients et a également rendu visite à des clients aux Pays-Bas dans le passé. C’est un plaisir d’avoir Murali dans notre équipe!

Rams dirige l’équipe Flex et est responsable de la réalisation des produits Connector et Transformer. Fier du produit, il fait tout ce qu’il peut pour en faire un succès. Ce polyvalent travaille chez Solid depuis de nombreuses années et est soi-disant devenu “une partie des meubles”. En tant que leader né, il est inestimable, à la fois dans la culture d’entreprise Indienne de Solid, mais aussi en tant que lien avec l’équipe Néerlandaise et les clients de Solid.Il est conceptuellement fort avec des connaissances commerciales techniques et fonctionnelles. Rams est le porte-parole de son équipe et n’est pas opposé à une discussion solide. En raison de son honnêteté et de son sens des responsabilités, Rams tient toujours parole.
Nandakumar Ranganathan

Nandu est directeur de Solid Solutions International en Inde depuis 2003. Il a une histoire en tant que formateur et cela en dit long sur la façon dont il dirige le bureau Indien. Il est toujours sympathique mais clair et attache une grande importance à l’esprit d’équipe entre les employés. Il maintient une vue d’ensemble de tous les différents départements de l’entreprise et constitue un lien important avec le bureau Néerlandais de Solid Online. Nandu est communicatif très fort. Sous sa direction, les employés Indiens apprennent à surmonter les différences linguistiques et culturelles pour une bonne communication avec le bureau Néerlandais et les clients de Solid Online. En collaboration avec Roos Schabracq, il a développé les processus de travail de Solid Online.

Larissa est notre stagiaire Contenu & Communication. Elle étudie Creative Business à la HvA. Pendant les 6 prochains mois, elle fera partie de l’équipe Contenu & Communication de Solid Online. Ses principales activités seront, entre autres, le support des nouvelles, du site internet, des média sociaux et des vidéos d’entreprise. Au cours de ses études, Larissa a acquis une expérience pratique avec des projets socialement impliqués. Avec un groupe d’étudiants, elle a conçu une méthode d’enseignement interactive qui a aidé les étudiants du collège à améliorer leur santé mentale. En plus de son stage et de ses études, Larissa joue également au football, à la fois en salle du ZVV Den Haag et sur le terrain de Wartburgia Amsterdam! Elle utilise non seulement son dynamisme et sa diversité sur le terrain, mais aussi pendant son travail!

Deze ondernemende Junior Consultant is opgegroeid in Spanje en woont nu in Amsterdam voor zijn studie Informatica. Hij is al van jongs af aan geinteresseerd in computers en software en heeft er zelfs al in lesgegeven aan tieners. Het liefst zou Taron software willen bedenken en ontwikkelen. Werken bij Solid Online geeft hem de mogelijkheid een IT bedrijf van binnen te leren kennen; wat is het verloop van IT projecten en hoe komt software tot stand. Taron is begonnen met het testen van nieuwe software, zo leert hij de basis goed kennen en kan hij vanuit daar verder groeien. Een mooie combinatie met zijn studie.

Daarna ging ze de onderwijssector in. Voor Nyenrode Business Universiteit voerde zij proces redesign uit. Daarnaast realiseerde ze voor Nyenrode onder andere een projectmanagement organisatie. Bij Solid doet Afra zowel Proces- als Projectmanagement. Haar zakelijke insteek en organisatietalent motiveert het Solid team tot nog meer professionaliteit.

Consultante Junior Olga est étudiante en économétrie. Son travail chez Solid sera éventuellement aussi le stage dans le cadre de ses études. De ses études, elle apprend à analyser des données au moyen de modèles. Cela correspond bien à nos activités et produits; connecter et intégrer les données et optimiser les processus. Olga est une vraie fonceuse, pendant ses années de lycée elle a combiné son lycée classique avec le Karaté à un haut niveau. Elle faisait partie de la sélection néerlandaise et participait à des compétitions. Une combinaison dure qui, en plus du talent, demande aussi beaucoup d’efforts et de temps. Olga aime le plus travailler avec les gens. En tant que consultant, vous êtes en contact avec le client et l’utilisateur du logiciel, et s’il y a une question (de support), il y a toujours une énigme à résoudre. Dans ce métier, travail des données au service de l’usager et contact avec les personnes vont de pair. Olga espère acquérir de nouvelles aperçus chez Solid et pouvoir appliquer ses connaissances. Après plusieurs années d’études et un travail essentiellement théorique, elle est prête à se lancer dans la pratique.

Met zijn vindingrijkheid en tomeloze energie bouwde hij Solid Online verder uit. Bij Pieter is het glas altijd halfvol en hij ziet oplossingen waar anderen die niet zien. Hij is commercieel scherp en heeft overtuigingskracht om toegevoegde waarde te kunnen leveren. Met zijn klantgerichte instelling en hartelijke persoonlijkheid zet hij alles op alles om gemaakte afspraken na te komen. Binnen het bedrijf creëert hij een familie gevoel bij zowel het Nederlandse als het Indiase team. Een van haar focuspunten is dat haar collega’s hun talenten inzetten en daar plezier uit halen. Notre chef de projet Sangeeta a une formation en gestion et est également très sportif. On la retrouve devant la classe 4 heures par semaine et où elle donne des cours de body pump et de body combat. Elle a étudié la gestion, l’économie et le droit. Elle a été manager dans une salle de sport, une startup qu’elle a co-fondée. De par son expérience en gestion, elle sait ce que c’est que de gérer des personnes. Sangeeta aime travailler sur un projet de manière très structurée, avec un début clair et un objectif final. Sangeeta aime le plus travailler avec les gens et cette combinaison fait d’elle une chef de projet très appropriée.

Notre Architecte Informatique Bert Kamphuis a rejoint Solid Online après avoir travaillé pour l’un de nos plus gros clients pendant des années. Là, pendant deux ans, il a formé une équipe scrum avec Richard Baas et quelques autres collègues de Solid Online Pays-Bas et de l’Inde, qui a développé la “Flexible E-Chain”. C’était le prédécesseur de Solid Online Connector and Transformer. Il a étudié Business IT & Management et a fait une masterclass Architecture d’Entreprise. Bert a commencé sa carrière en tant qu’analyste de l’information et a évolué vers la position plus globale d’architecte informatique. Il aime développer des visions et des idées en concepts et en plans, puis diriger leur réalisation. Il aime passer son temps libre dans des activités sociales avec ses amis, sa famille et sa petite amie. Ses passe-temps sont le football, le barbecue, la musique et la collection de vinyles.

Robbert est associé à Solid Online depuis des années. Il a travaillé comme jurist et également comme directeur des ventes pour Solid Online. Il désormais exerce le fonction de Directeur Commercial au sein de Solid Online. Robbert est un jurist expérimenté, mais possède également 13 ans d’expérience dans la vente au sein de l’informatique. Grâce à cela, il sait ce qui marche et ce qui ne marche pas. l’attention au client est sa base la plus importante dans ce.Dans ses temps libres, Robbert joue au baseball et au softball, il est un joueur actif et un entraîneur/coach. De plus, il aime aller dans les bois, comme il le dit lui-même, “pour perdre la tête et retrouver mon âme”.

Ons Hoofd Administratie Hendrina was een van de eerste medewerkers van Solid. Na een “pauze” van 14 jaar is zij nu weer terug. Haar lange carriere als Assistent Accountant onderschrijft haar liefde voor het vak: Hendrina houdt ervan cijfers kloppend te maken en vooral om de systemen waarmee ze werkt slim te maken. Samen met haar collega Padma van Solid Online India blijft Hendrina het boekhoudproces van Solid verder optimaliseren. In haar vrije tijd puzzelt en wandelt Hendrina graag.
Nandakumar Ranganathan

Nandu is sinds 2003 de Directeur van Solid Solutions International in India. Hij heeft een achtergrond als trainer en dat zegt veel over de manier waarop hij leiding geeft aan het Indiase kantoor. Hij is altijd vriendelijk maar duidelijk en hecht veel waarde aan het teamgevoel tussen de medewerkers. Hij behoudt het overzicht over alle verschillende afdelingen binnen het bedrijf en is een belangrijke schakel met het Nederlandse kantoor van Solid Online. Nandu is communicatief zeer sterk. Onder zijn leiding leren de Indiase medewerkers taal en cultuurverschillen te overbruggen voor een goede communicatie met het Nederlandse kantoor en de klanten van Solid Online. Samen met Roos Schabracq ontwikkelde hij de werkprocessen van Solid Online.

Nandu has been the Director of Solid Solutions International in India since 2003. His background as a trainer says a lot about the way he leads the Indian office. He is always friendly but clear and holds great importance to the team spirit between the employees. He maintains an overview of all the different departments within the company and is an important link with the Dutch office of Solid Online. Nandu is a very good communicator. Under his leadership, the Indian employees learn to bridge language and cultural differences for a good communication with the Dutch office and the customers of Solid Online. Together with Roos Schabracq, he developed the work processes of Solid Online.

Murali is een geweldige Manager die al heel lang bij Solid in dienst is. Voor het oplossen van complexe vraagstukken is Murali de juiste persoon. Hij is niet alleen gepassioneerd over zijn werk, maar ook zeer georganiseerd en precies. Een denker en een doener tegelijk. Deze ervaren kracht is ook een sport fan! Zijn badmintonkwaliteiten zijn bekend onder zowel de Indiase als de Nederlandse collega’s. Ook volgt hij het Nederlandse voetbal en bespreekt dit graag met de Nederlandse collega’s. Deze vader van een tweeling is zeer vriendelijk en altijd behulpzaam. Zijn communicatie naar collega’s en klanten is heel duidelijk. Murali is zelfs aanwezig bij klantpresentaties en heeft in het verleden ook klanten bezocht in Nederland. Het is een pleizer Murali in ons team te hebben!

Deze slimme en geduldige Manager is zeer goed in het begeleiden van jonge medewerkers en staat altijd klaar voor zijn team. Hij kent het Solid systeem tot in de details, hij heeft veel modules langs zien komen in zijn carrière. Daardoor heeft hij in het geval van een probleem aan 1 woord genoeg om te begrijpen wat er aan de hand is. Hij gebruikt vervolgens zijn creativiteit om tot de oplossing te komen en zal niet stoppen totdat het opgelost is. Dit alles weerhoudt hem niet om open te blijven staan voor het leren van nieuwe dingen, Abdul blijft zichzelf uitdagen.

Daarnaast tekent (en tattoeeert) zij graag. Haar ambitie is om zich professioneel te ontwikkelen en ze streeft ernaar om binnen Solid Online te groeien. De eerste tijd bij Solid is haar goed bevallen, Aisha voelt zich thuis binnen ons bedrijf en leert elke dag iets nieuws.

Aïsha, our Sales & Invoicing Consultant is an enterprising and creative type. She studied Accountancy at FHR School of Business in Suriname. In addition to her work at Solid she is a tatto artist. Together with her fiancé, she has set up her own tattoo shop in Hilversum. In her spare time she makes music and sings. She also likes to draw (and tattoo). Her ambition is to develop professionally and she strives to grow within Solid Online. She liked the first weeks at Solid, Aisha feels at home in our company and is learning something new every day.

Onze IT Architect Bert Kamphuis kwam bij Solid Online nadat hij jaren voor een van onze grootste klanten werkte. Daar vormde hij 2 jaar met Richard Baas en enkele andere collega’s van Solid Online Nederland en India een scrumteam, dat de “Flexibele E-Keten” ontwikkelde. Dit was de voorloper van de Solid Online Connector en Transformer. Hij studeerde Business IT & Management en deed een masterclass Enterprise Architectuur. Bert begon zijn loopbaan als informatieanalist en ontwikkelde zich tot de meer overkoepelende functie van IT architect. Hij vindt het leuk om visies en ideeën uit te werken in concepten en plannen om vervolgens richting te geven aan de realisatie daarvan. Zijn vrije tijd besteedt hij graag aan sociale activiteiten met vrienden, familie en zijn vriendin. Zijn hobby’s zijn voetbal, barbecueën, muziek en het verzamelen van vinyl.

Sarissa is een ervaren IT Consultant die plezier heeft in het contact met klanten. Zij vind het belangrijk altijd te blijven luisteren naar je klanten, en informatie in kleine stukjes over te brengen. Teveel informatie tegelijk is voor klanten lastig te verwerken en dat komt niet ten goede aan het verloop van het project. Daarnaast let zij erop dat de wensen en verwachtingen van de klant goed in kaart gebracht worden en deze te monitoren. Eerlijk zijn over wat er verwacht kan worden is belangrijk voor een goede klantrelatie. Sarissa houdt ervan met haar expertise haar klanten te helpen. Sarissa speelt voetbal op hoog amateurniveau, bij de vrouwen 1 van Ter Leede Sassenheim. Ook op het werk is zij een echte team player en ze vindt het mooi om met elkaar dingen te doen en te bereiken. Iedereen heeft zijn sterke en zwakke punten en als je elk persoon binnen een team op de juiste manier inzet, kom je tot de beste resultaten.

Sarissa is an experienced IT Consultant who enjoys interacting with customers. She believes it is important to always listen to your customers and to transfer information in small pieces. Too much information at the same time is difficult for customers to process and this does not benefit the progress of the project. In addition, she ensures that the wishes and expectations of the customers are properly mapped out and monitored. Being honest about what can be expected is important for a good customer relationship. Sarissa loves to help her customers with her expertise. Sarissa plays football at a high amateur level, in the Women’s first team of Ter Leede Sassenheim. She is also a real team player at work and she enjoys doing and achieving things together. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses and if you use every person in a team in the right way, you will achieve the best results.

Onze Projectmanager Sangeeta heeft een management achtergrond en is daarnaast zeer sportief. 4 uur per week is zij voor de klas te vinden en geeft ze lessen bodypump en bodycombat. Ze heeft HBO Management, Economie en Recht gestudeerd. Voorheen was zij manager bij een sportschool, een startup die ze mede heeft opgezet. Vanuit haar management ervaring weet ze wat het is om mensen aan te sturen. Sangeeta houdt ervan om heel gestructureerd te werken aan een project, met een duidelijk begin en een einddoel. Werken met mensen vindt Sangeeta het leukst en deze combinatie maakt haar een zeer geschikte projectmanager.

Estudió Administración, Economía y Derecho. Fue gerente de un gimnasio, una empresa que cofundó. Por su experiencia en gestión, sabe lo que es dirigir a las personas. A Sangeeta le gusta trabajar en proyectos de forma muy estructurada, con un principio y un objetivo final claros. A Sangeeta lo que más le gusta es trabajar con personas y esta combinación la convierte en una gestora de proyectos muy adecuada.

Nos alegramos de que esta mujer motivada y con talento del equipo Ajax Women 1 forme parte ahora también del equipo de Solid.

Nuestro Arquitecto Informático Bert Kamphuis se incorporó a Solid Online después de trabajar durante años para uno de nuestros mayores clientes. Allí formó un equipo de scrum con Richard Baas y algunos otros colegas de Solid Online Holanda e India durante 2 años, que desarrollaron la “Flexible E-Chain”. Este fue el predecesor de Solid Online Conector y Transformer. Estudió informática y gestión empresarial y realizó un máster en arquitectura empresarial. Bert comenzó su carrera como analista de información y pasó a ocupar el puesto de arquitecto de informática. Le gusta transformar las visiones e ideas en conceptos y planes y luego dar dirección a su realización. Bert dedica su tiempo libre a actividades sociales con sus amigos, su familia y su novia. Sus aficiones son el fútbol, la barbacoa, la música y coleccionar vinilos.
Nandakumar Ranganathan

Nandu es Director General de Solid Solutions International en la India desde 2003. Tiene experiencia como formador y eso dice mucho de la forma en que gestiona la oficina de la India. Siempre es amable pero claro y valora el espíritu de equipo entre los empleados. Mantiene una visión general de todos los diferentes departamentos de la empresa y es un enlace importante con la oficina holandesa de Solid Online. Nandu es muy fuerte en la comunicación. Bajo su dirección, los empleados indios aprenden a salvar las diferencias lingüísticas y culturales para lograr una buena comunicación con la oficina holandesa y los clientes de Solid Online. Junto con Roos Schabracq, desarrolló los procesos de trabajo de Solid Online.

Abdul lleva más de 13 años trabajando para Solid Online. Su amplia experiencia en TI abarca desde programador y consultor hasta arquitecto técnico y director de proyectos. Este Gerente inteligente y paciente es muy bueno para entrenar a los empleados jóvenes y siempre está ahí para su equipo. Conoce el sistema Solid hasta el último detalle y ha visto muchos módulos en su carrera. Por lo tanto, si hay un problema, una palabra es suficiente para que entienda lo que está pasando. A continuación, utiliza su creatividad para encontrar la solución y no se detendrá hasta resolverla. Todo esto no le impide estar abierto a aprender cosas nuevas, Abdul sigue desafiándose a sí mismo.

Robbert is al jaren verbonden aan Solid Online. Hij heeft als jurist en ook als salesmanager voor Solid Online gewerkt. Nu bekleedt hij binnen Solid Online de functie van Commercieel Directeur. Robbert is een ervaren jurist, maar heeft daarnaast 13 jaar sales ervaring binnen de IT. Hierdoor weet hij goed wat werkt en wat niet werkt. Aandacht voor de klant is hierin zijn belangrijkste basis. In zijn vrije tijd doet Robbert aan honk- en softbal, hij is actief speler en trainer/coach. Daarnaast gaat hij graag het bos in, zoals hij zelf zegt, “to lose my mind and find my soul”.

He now holds the position of Commercial Director within Solid Online. Robbert is an experienced lawyer, but also has 13 years of sales experience within IT. As a result, he knows what works and what doesn’t work. Attention for the customer is his most important basis. In his spare time Robbert enjoys baseball and softball, he is an active player and trainer/coach. In addition, he likes to go into the woods, as he says himself, “to lose my mind and find my soul”.

Robbert es un abogado experimentado, pero también tiene 13 años de experiencia en ventas dentro de informatica. Como resultado, sabe lo que funciona y lo que no funciona. La atención al cliente es su base más importante. En su tiempo libre, Robbert disfruta con el béisbol y el sóftbol, es un jugador activo y entrenador. Además, le gusta ir al bosque, como él mismo dice, “para perder la cabeza y encontrar mi alma”.

Rams dirige el equipo Flex y es responsable de la realización de los productos Conector y Transformador. Con orgullo por el producto, hace todo lo posible para que sea un éxito. Este todoterreno lleva muchos años trabajando para Solid y se ha convertido en “parte del mobiliario”, por así decirlo. Líder nato, tiene un valor incalculable tanto dentro de la cultura corporativa india de Solid como en su calidad de enlace con el equipo holandés y los clientes de Solid. Tiene una gran capacidad conceptual y conocimientos empresariales tanto técnicos como funcionales. Rams es el portavoz de su equipo y no es reacio a una discusión dura. Debido a su honestidad y sentido de la responsabilidad, Rams siempre cumple su palabra.

Murali es un gran gestor que lleva mucho tiempo en Solid. Cuando se trata de resolver problemas complejos, Murali es la persona adecuada. No sólo le apasiona su trabajo, sino que es muy organizado y preciso. Un pensador y un hacedor al mismo tiempo. Esta experimentada fuerza es también una fanática del deporte. Sus habilidades en el bádminton son bien conocidas entre los colegas indios y holandeses. También sigue el fútbol holandés y le gusta comentarlo con sus colegas holandeses. Este padre de gemelos es muy simpático y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Su comunicación con los compañeros y los clientes es muy clara. Murali incluso asiste a presentaciones de clientes y en el pasado ha visitado a clientes en los Países Bajos. Es un placer tener a Murali en nuestro equipo.

As head of the Flex team, Rams is responsible for the realization of the Connector and Transformer products. With pride for the product, he does everything in his power to make it a success. Rams can do anything and has been working at Solid for many years. He has become “part of the furniture”, so to speak. As a born leader, he is priceless, both within Solid’s Indian corporate culture, but also as a link with Solid’s Dutch team and customers. He is conceptually strong with both technical and functional business knowledge. Rams is the mouthpiece for his team and is not averse to a heated discussion. Because of his honesty and sense of responsibility, Rams always keeps his word.

Door zijn eerlijkheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel houdt Rams zich altijd aan zijn woord.
