About Britt:

For the past twelve years she worked at Timing Uitzendbureau, the last few years as Implementation Manager. Here she was responsible for implementing customer solutions and successfully guiding implementation processes.

At Timing she gained valuable experience within the staffing industry. She now brings that experience to Solid Online, where she will work as a Project Manager to implement the most beautiful projects and make our products come into their own.

In her free time, Britt can be found crossfitting twice a week, and enjoys photography. She looks forward to not only applying her knowledge and experience, but also bringing a healthy dose of sociability to the team.

Hidde Kuijers
Consultant

Hidde built up a wealth of experience in 19 years at Timing, where he developed his passion for solving complex issues. Always looking for the most efficient solution, preferably one that takes as much work out of your hands as possible.

He establishes contact easily and feels at ease quickly in a variety of situations. His pragmatic attitude makes him a fine interlocutor: clear, down-to-earth and always focused on the solution - whether with customers, colleagues or users.

Sports play an important role in his life. He played field hockey at a high level for many years, is now active as a coach and volunteers in winter with ski trips for disabled children. Caring, involved and always on the move - both at work and outside.

Lisa ten Broeke-Jörissen
Sales Consultant

Lisa has a background in recruitment and previously worked at Finnt. During her career, she discovered that her strength lies in relationship management and sales. No cold acquisition, but building genuine, long-term connections with people - a vision she found at Solid. Lisa is curious, committed and approaches her work from a place of trust and connection. She believes that a good conversation yields more than a quick deal.

Dancing has been her passion since a young age. She danced at a high level for many years and although it is now recreational, she remains a fanatic on the dance floor. She brings that same dedication and discipline to her work.

Tim Deelstra
Junior Platform Engineer

Support the maintenance and optimization of the Azure platform within Solid Online

Our Junior Platform Engineer Tim studied Computer Science at the University of Amsterdam and specialized in AI and Social Robotics. During his graduation, he worked on a study where a healthcare robot helped children with math in a personalized way - a nice combination of technology and human-centered thinking. At Solid, Tim supports the team in maintaining and optimizing the Azure platform, which not only offers our customers security and stability, but also many opportunities to optimize internal processes. In his spare time, Tim is an avid sportsman: he plays softball at the premier league level and is part of the Dutch team competing at the European Championships.

Thomas Luquet

Thomas Luquet leads Solid Online 's French operations and brings with him a wealth of experience in digital transformation, HR technology and software development. As founder of LINKAVIE and advisor to several tech startups, he has a strong affinity for innovation and entrepreneurship. In his role at Solid Online , he focuses on building strategic partnerships and strengthening our position in the French market. Outside of work, he is an avid sportsman and world traveler.

Janine Nieboer

Our Customer Value Consultant Janine ensures that the connection between our customers and our software is further strengthened. The common thread within Janine's career is translating technical value into concrete customer benefits. She does this in personal customer meetings but also by giving webinars and presentations. At Solid, Janine looks at how our customers experience our software and how they can get even more value out of it. Janine's mission is to get the most out of the cooperation with our customers and to make sure that our software optimally meets their needs. In her free time, Janine enjoys being on the padel court and undertaking fun activities with her children.

Mandy van Dijk

Our Financial Advisor Mandy van Dijk is in the final stages of her training to become a Chartered Accountant-the very last flight hours before she can officially hold this prestigious title. This is an incredible achievement, especially for someone as young as Mandy! She received her Bachelor's degree from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and her Post-Master's and Master's degrees in Accountancy from Nyenrode Business University. With 10 years of work experience at an accounting firm, Mandy brings a wealth of knowledge to Solid Online. In addition to her professional expertise, Mandy has a passion for sports, including fitness, boxing, running and cycling. In her free time, she enjoys being with family and friends, often over a good glass of wine.

Bob Zwetsloot

Junior Consultant Bob Zwetsloot is a mathematics talent with impressive achievements, including winning a bronze medal at the International Mathematics Olympiad in Thailand. After studying Mathematics at Leiden University, he worked as a Quantitative Researcher at a trading company. Here he optimized trading strategies through mathematical analysis and worked closely with traders and developers. In his spare time, Bob enjoys all kinds of puzzles, from Sudokus to online Puzzle Hunts, where you must first discover what the puzzle is and then figure out how to solve it.

Iljitsj Sang-Ajang

"I enjoy efficiency. Why ride on a soft bike tire?"

Our Consultant Iljitsj loves efficiency and is always looking for how things can be made simpler and more insightful. For example, he once used Excel to figure out the underlying logic of the SIMS game so he could play his best game himself. Previously, Iljitsj worked as a trainer-coach at a telecom company where he created dashboards in Power BI that provided insight into the progress of employees within their training programs. He likes the fact that Solid Online offers solutions to issues that he previously encountered himself. For example, preventing the manual entry of hours from timesheets. He spends his free time on his other interests: reading history books, playing soccer on a friends team and playing tennis.

Lavinia Poku
Project Manager

Our project manager Lavinia likes to set clear goals and work hard to achieve them, whether it's completing projects at Solid or leading her soccer team to success. Indeed, she is a former top athlete with a soccer career that started on the streets and eventually took her through amateur clubs to Telstar in the premier league. She then played abroad in Belgium and Spain until she decided to quit soccer and go into business. She held various managerial roles. That grew into a trainer coach position within the learning & development team of a large telecom company. And now to project manager at Solid. The qualities she developed as an athlete, such as discipline, time management and a winner's mentality, she also applies in her work. Lavinia is a self-proclaimed workaholic, but finds her balance in knitting scarves and social activities such as karaoke with friends.

Kees-Jan Koster

Our consultant Kees-Jan works from England. He is one of the Data Migration specialists within Solid Online. Kees-Jan studied medicine, but continued in IT. His studies taught him problem-solving thinking, one of the things Kees-Jan likes best about working in IT. He is a self-taught developer and sees it as a challenge to replace time-consuming manual work with automated processes. In his free time, he enjoys working on his home as a do-it-yourselfer. He is also interested in airplanes. He enjoys making model airplanes as detailed as possible. In addition, he can occasionally be found in the hills in Wales photographing fighter jets doing low-flying exercises.

Isabelle Hoekstra
HRM Employee

Responsible for:
The administrative issues surrounding HRM.

Our HRM Employee Isabelle plays soccer at RCD Espanyol in Barcelona. She combines this with her work at Solid. She is responsible for the administrative matters surrounding HRM such as drafting contracts, managing personnel files and the administrative onboarding of new employees. She brings her experience on the soccer field, where cooperation and determination are essential, to her work at Solid and translates it into the practice of achieving shared goals. We are thrilled to have Isabelle as part of the Solid team!

Bert Kamphuis
Head of Technology

Responsible for:
Support the optimization of Solid Onlines products and processes. Assist with complex processes. Onboarding new systems and developing services.

Our Head of Technology Bert Kamphuis joined Solid Online after working for years for one of our largest clients. There he formed a scrum team for 2 years with Richard Baas and some other colleagues from Solid Online Netherlands and India, developing the "Flexible E-Chain". This was the precursor to the Solid Online Connector and Transformers. He studied Business IT & Management and did a master class in Enterprise Architecture. Bert started his career as an information analyst and developed into the more overarching position of Head of Technology. He enjoys developing visions and ideas into concepts and plans and then directing their realization. He enjoys spending his free time on social activities with friends, family and his girlfriend. His hobbies are soccer, barbecuing, music and collecting vinyl.

Pieter-Bas Piscaer
Senior Consultant

This experienced force within IT gets energy from successful implementations. With his social attitude and problem-solving skills, he is committed to our clients. Pieter-Bas likes to see that after an implementation things run more efficiently and there is time left for employees. In his spare time he often works in and around the house and likes to play golf. He also likes to take walks with his family and dog.

Our Consultant Jaco is a real go-getter. Within projects he keeps puzzling and making adjustments until it works. With his humor, he knows how to handle stressful situations in a creative way and brings fun to the workplace. This open-minded colleague is also very sporty in his free time. He regularly comes to the office by motorcycle and enjoys playing soccer and snowboarding.

Our Assistant Manager Finance Padma has been with Solid Online India for many years. Eager to learn and tenacious, she has risen within Solid from data entry clerk to finance professional. Padma is an independent and strong woman with nevertheless a very modest attitude. With her reliability and positivity Padma fulfills an important role within the Solid team.

Rams heads the Flex team and is responsible for the realization of the Connector and the Transformer products. With pride for the product, he does everything in his power to make it a success. This all-rounder has been with Solid for many years and has become "part of the furniture," so to speak. A born leader, he is invaluable both within Solid's Indian corporate culture, but also as a link with Solid's Dutch team and customers. He is conceptually strong with both technical and functional business knowledge. Rams is the mouthpiece for his team and is not averse to a robust discussion. Because of his honesty and sense of responsibility, Rams always keeps his word.

Kim Dolstra

Kim knows how to get things done. She has been with Solid for many years and has successfully completed many projects with her no-nonsense approach! Because of her experience within Solid projects she is the perfect person to ensure that the various customer requirements are correctly interpreted and addressed at an early stage. She works from Norway, where she lives because of her soccer career. In fact, in addition to her work at Solid Online , Kim plays as a pro at Medkila in Harstad. She has an adventurous spirit and in her free time often goes into nature. In Norway that means lots of snow and vast, tranquil landscapes where she likes to hike or even camp! Kim is an unflappable go-getter with a sense of humor and and that makes her a highly valued member of the Solid team!

Thijmen Damhuis

Thijmen, our stylish Consultant has an eye for detail. He tackles his work analytically, always remaining friendly and attentive. With his expertise, he helps our clients, who know him as a reliable force. Among his colleagues, Thijmen is known for his collegiality and sincerity. He is not averse to hard work, but also provides the necessary relaxation. He can often be found at festivals, but he also enjoys cooking with ingredients from his own garden!

Martine Verhave

Martine, one of Solid's secret weapons. She is super-smart in technical creative solutions and stands firm in her shoes. She studied Econometrics and Management Science with a specialization in Operations Research and Quantitative Logistics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Because of her academic knowledge and her experience within IT, she brings a lot of expertise. She is very dedicated, a real rock and she always thinks in terms of possibilities. A wonderwoman who does in fifteen minutes what it takes others a week. On top of this she is also a super good photographer who shoots beautiful pictures!

Richard Baas
Solution Architect & Partner

This driven topper is unstoppable! As one of the founders of the Transformer products, Richard connects systems, but he also connects with his customers and relations. He is an honest and loyal go-getter, a fine colleague to work with. His education and years of experience within IT and broadcast software have made him an expert in the industry. Innovation gives him energy, he is curious and always looking for creative solutions. In doing so, he keeps an eye on the people for whom the software is ultimately made.

Nandakumar Ranganathan
Director of Solid Solutions International, India

Nandu has been the Director of Solid Online Pvt. Ltd. in India since 2003. His background as a trainer says a lot about the way he leads the Indian office. He is always friendly but clear and values the team spirit among the employees. He maintains an overview of all the different departments within the company and is an important link with Solid Online Online's Dutch office. Nandu is very strong communicator. Under his leadership, the Indian employees learn to bridge language and cultural differences for good communication with the Dutch office and Solid Online Online's clients. Together with Roos Schabracq, he developed Solid Online Online's work processes.

Roos Schabracq
Chief Operating Officer

Roos started at Solid Online 20 years ago as an ambitious employee and worked her way up to Chief Operating Officer. This professional woman within IT has a continuous eye for organizational improvement and was the driving force in the shift from customization to standard products within Solid Online. Her conceptual boldness is one of her many talents. Roos is blessed with helicopter view but also has an eye for detail. Her knowledge and interests range from technical to psychological to creative. She organizes, optimizes and inspires. One of her focal points is that her colleagues use their talents and enjoy doing so. With her bubbly personality, perseverance and contagious energy, she takes the lead in this herself.

Pieter Hoekstra
Chief Executive Officer

Solid Online was founded in 1993 by Pieter. Since childhood he was already involved with computers. At 17, he started automating his own school, Luzac College, including all 30 branches. This creative entrepreneur continues where others stop. With his ingenuity and boundless energy he built Solid Online further. With Pieter the glass is always half full and he sees solutions where others do not. He is commercially sharp and has the power of persuasion to add value. With his customer-oriented attitude and warm personality he goes out of his way to fulfill agreements made. Within the company he creates a family feeling with both the Dutch and Indian team. This energetic jack-of-all-trades can often be found on the sidelines in his spare time, enjoying a soccer match of one of his talented children.
